Oops...

That didn't work as well as planned. However, I prefer to stop running if my legs don't feel right. I got a mile in on the treadmill and my lower legs just ached... all over. It looks like tomorrow will be a total rest day. I won't even do strength work.

Next run is planned for Saturday. I hope my legs feel better by then.
