This started out as a "blog my way through training for my very first half marathon". It has since been changed to reflect all that I am doing to stay fit. I have been running since March 2011. I am once again training for the Bridge the Gap 1/2 Marathon. I have added cycling and lifting to my training, and recently, swimming.

I'm still participating
I'm going to cheer on my training group today. I can't run, but I can still have fun! Going to check on swim lessons too! And get a bike!
