I, apparently, need plans

So, plans I have. I just worked up a schedule that I feel will get me SAFELY to Bridge the Gap this year. I have no time goals attached to it anymore. I just want to cross that line.The X represents a cross-train day. I will most likely still be swimming on Tuesday AND Thursday still, as well as Spinning on Tuesday and Sunday. Lifting will happen on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday as the current schedule.

I feel good about this. As running the 1/2 is my primary goal, I will taper off the other activities as needed to be sure I am going to cross that finish line!
